• Salisbury made it 2-0 just over five minutes later as Jenna Beck assisted on a Julianna Boller goal as the Sea Gulls started to pull away. The third Salisbury goal came 5:11 later as Lydia Narum scored off a Kasey Lamb pass for the 3-0 Sea Gull lead.
• While Salisbury's offense was in high gear, the Spartan offense scuffled as the Green and White was held without a first half shot and just one corner kick. Conversely, the Sea Gulls had seven shots and four corner kicks.
• Narum capped the scoring with her second goal in the 67th minute to put the Gulls up 4-0. The Spartans finally got their first shot in the 73rd minute as Georgia Gillcrist put a shot on cage. Gillcrist got the Spartans' second shot in the 85th minute as that would be the extent of the Spartan offense.
