YORK, PA - York College sophomore All-American swimmer Keven Stahl was named the Capital Athletic Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week after recording three first place finishes at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational this past weekend. It is the second time this season Stahl has been named the league's outstanding swimmer as he also earned the award on November 6.
Stahl had another big weekend as he won three individual races at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational this weekend. Stahl won the 1650 freestyle, the 400 IM, and the 500 freestyle. Stahl notched a time of 15:57.97 is the top time in the CAC so far this year while it ranks third in the nation in the event. His 400 IM time of 4:02.43 is third in all of Division III while his 500 freestyle time is fourth best in the nation so far in 2018-19. Stahl leads the Spartans with 11 individual wins for the year.
Stahl also swam on three relay teams that earned top ten finishes during the weekend including a pair of fourth place finishes in the 400 medley relay and the 800 free relay.
