Spartans Ready For CAC Tournament

YORK, PA. – The York College baseball team will open its Capital Athletic Conference Tournament at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Va. on Friday against the University of Mary Washington at 9:00 am followed by a matchup with Christopher Newport at either 12:30 pm or 4:00 pm depending on the result of game one.

The Spartans enter the tournament as the conference's third seed after a 14-7 regular season record, and will battle with the fifth-seeded Eagles and second-seeded Captains on Friday in Pod B of the tournament. York went 3-0 against the Eagles and 1-2 against the Captains during the regular season.
