2012: Begins her sophomore campaign with the Spartan program . . . had a solid freshman year  . . . will be one of the strongest runners this season . . . should lead pack throughout the season.

2011: Was the first Spartan to cross the finish line with a time of 16:23 at the Galen E. Piper XC Challenge . . . came in 19th with a time of 20:17.4 at the Dutchmen XC Invite . . . ran 24:59.35 and placed 6th during the Coach Achtzehn Classic . . .posted 25:49 during the Dickinson Invitational . . . finished 20th and was the first Spartan to cross the finish line, posting a time of 24:43.67 at the Pre-Regional Meet . . . won the Goucher College Cross Country Classic with a time of 25:22 . . . came in 9th place running a 26:57.15 during the CAC Championships . . . ran 25:20 and came in 90th place at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regionals.

Personal: Is a secondary education mathematics major . . . carries an impressive team high 4.0 cumulative GPA . . . made the Dean’s List in both semesters as a freshman . . . the daughter of Will and Merry Parshall . . . born on June 1, 1994 . . . hobbies include basketball, soccer, and playing guitar . . . sisters Melody and Mandy Parshall also ran at York and were very successful . . . after graduation she plans on teaching and coaching.
