2009: Spartan Invitational I came in 12th place at 23:01.17 ... at the second Spartan Invitational 5,000 meter run, crossed the line at 22:39 ... during the Goucher 6k run and the Hood 6k run finished with the same time of 27:21.56 ... completed the 10,000 meter relay race with partner Paul Wallace with a time of 38:23.27 ... placed 22nd at the CAC Championship meet ... had a time of 26:27.20 at the NCAA Division III regional meet.

2008: Green Terror 5k run finished with a time of 25:44 ... averaged a time of 24:22 at the Spartan Invitational and the Belmont Cross Country Classic ... Hess and partner Kevin Snyder finished the relay meet with a 37:59 time ... CAC Championship came in 36th place at 2:08.50.

2007: First meet as a Spartan, finished with a 27:13.69 time ... making her the fifth Spartan to cross the finish line ... finished the McDaniel Green Terror 5k run in 25:01.
