Kevin Wolf enters the fourth year of his second stint on head coach Sue DuMars’ coaching staff. Wolf, who previously assisted DuMars during the 1997, 1998, and 1999 seasons, rejoined the staff in the spring of 2009 as he assumed the position previously held by wife, Jill Crouse-Wolf.

Wolf brings a wealth of experience to the Spartan program. He is a graduate of Penn State where he was a member of the men’s club program while he also boasts experience in the USA Volleyball program. He started his coaching career at York County AVTS as the girls’ varsity head coach in 1996. He added South Pa’s Junior USA Club team duties later in 1996 followed by his stint at York College. After assisting DuMars, he moved on to become the Mizuno Yorktowne Junior USA Club team director. He coached the 17-and-under team that won 70 percent of their matches in addition to earning three regional championships. Wolf assisted at Franklin & Marshall College before becoming the West York High School girls varsity head coach from February of 2003 until April of 2007.

Wolf is a member of the AVCA, USA Volleyball, the Professional Association of Volleyball Officials, and the PSEA (Pennsylvania State Education Association).

Wolf is a physics teacher at West York High School, a position he has held since the fall of 1999. Wolf resides in Stewartstown with Jill and their three children.
