Igwe was the lone Spartan to be recognized by the conference. She was a second team selection.

Igwe established a career-high 17 kills in the August 31 match against Swarthmore while her career-high in attack percentage was .393 against St. Mary's on October 17.
She ranked second in the conference in kills per set while she was sixth in the league in total kills. She was one of six freshmen to earn All-CAC honors in 2013.
Spartan head coach Sue DuMars is excited to see Igwe earn conference recognition.
"We expected Ijeoma to come in and have an impact and she certainly did," said DuMars. "She played well throughout the year and really showed leadership as the year progressed. I am looking forward to having her in the program for the next three years."
The Spartans are slated to return all but two departing seniors for 2014 led by Igwe. York finished 16-16 for the year.
