A handful of athletes from the women’s track & field team competed on Monday evening at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier held at Widener University for one last chance to earn a spot to the Outdoor National Championships.
York College women’s track & field freshman Bethany Miller has been selected as the 2013 Capital Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Rookie of the Year. Miller is the third straight Spartan to garner the honor as Laura Rowlands collected the accolade in 2011 and Jasmine Smith last season.
