2010: Put together the most decorated season in the history of York cross country, despite this being her first collegiate cross country campaign ... won the Capital Athletic Conference cross country championship by posting a victorious time of 22:35 ... first York cross country athlete to win the league's individual title - men or women ... named the CAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Year ... first-team All-CAC ... was the first Spartan to cross the finish line in four of her six team races ... finished seventh overall at York's Coach Achtzehn Classic on September 18 with a 20:38 ... took 29th out of 175 participants at Salisbury's Don Cathcart Invitational on October 2 with a time of 23:22 ... ran to a 25:00.30 at the NCAA Mideast Regionals on November 13, finishing 101st out of 314 participants.
