Justin Detig begins his seventh year as a member of Vicki Sterner’s staff. He is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the program with a focus on the defensive side of the field.

Detig brings a wealth of experience to the Spartan program. He was a four-year player for the Spartan men’s program from 1999-2003. Detig finished his career with 18 wins in 27 starts. He owned a career goals against average of 1.09 and a save percentage of .810. Detig posted 11 career shutouts in 2,375 minutes of work.

He is a vocal, defensive-minded coach that provides the goalkeepers and field players with enthusiastic support from the sidelines.
