2010: Begins her senior year as the Spartans’ defensive leader . . . is a co-captain for the Spartan squad . . . has been a starter since midway through her freshman year . . . has a big leg that serves York well on goal kicks . . . despite her size is a physical player that doesn’t shy away from contact . . . is highly respected member of the squad and is one of the most experienced players on the Spartans . . . brings a tenacity and determination to the Spartan defense . . . has played in 62 career games with 50 of those matches being a start . . .  has two career points on two assists.

2009: Played in and started all 20 matches for the 14-win Spartans . . . recorded an assist in the CAC Semifinal match at Stevenson on November 4 . . . helped the Spartans register seven shutouts throughout the year including three CAC shutouts . . . had three shots during the year with all three being on goal.

2008: Saw action as a starter in all 20 Spartan games as York’s sweeper . . . picked up on assist in the Spartans’ 2-0 win over Gywnedd-Mercy on September 13 . . . helped lead the Spartans to eight shutouts including five clean sheets in the CAC . . . did not record a shot during the year . . . the Spartan defense allowed just 0.77 goals per game, one of the top marks in the CAC.

2007: Burst into the Spartan starting lineup after a season-ending injury to senior captain Katie Kegerreis and was fantastic en route to the Spartans’ run to the NCAA Division III Sweet 16 . . . played in 22 contests, earning a start in the final 10 games of the year . . . the Spartans notched five shutouts in her 10 starts . . . had one shot in the September 25 win against DeSales . . . York had three shutouts in the CAC Tournament en route to the program’s first CAC Championship.

Personal: Is the daughter of Jeff and Tammy Wivell . . . is a therapeutic recreation major . . . plays her club soccer for Hagerstown Freedom 88 . . . is an outstanding student as she owns a 3.67 cumulative GPA . . . has earned Dean’s List accolades in all six of her semesters at York College . . . has been named to the CAC All-Academic team and to the York College Athletic Honor Roll in all three of her previous seasons.
