Lacey Phillips begins her sophomore year having worked extremely hard in the off-season as she has made herself a factor in the Spartan plans in 2009. Phillips saw action in 17 games last year, scoring a pair of goals during her time on the field. She dedicated herself to an off-season regiment that allowed her to shine during the spring season as the coaching staff expects her to be a key cog in the Spartan front line in 2009. Phillips brings an infectious enthusiasm for the game to the Spartan side.
