Ally Wivell returns for her junior year as a huge part of the Spartan defensive unit. Wivell was one of two Spartans to start all 20 games last year as she is the Spartans’ sweeper. She is a tough player with the ability to put herself in the right place to make plays for the Green and White. Despite her short stature, she possesses a booming right leg that enables her to clear the ball with authority. She is a vocal leader for the defense that was ranked second in the Capital Athletic Conference in 2008.
