YORK, Pa. – York College women's basketball junior guard Brittany Percich has been named Spartan Athlete-of-the-Week for her performance in York's 69-51 victory over St. Mary's. Her career night helped the Spartans improve to 11-9 overall and 8-4 in the Capital Athletic Conference.
She scored a career-high 13 points and also grabbed a career-best nine rebounds in the win. Percich was a spark off the bench hitting two three pointers in the first half to help the Green and White take control of the game.
On the defensive end of the floor Percich had two steals and four rebounds. She was also a huge presence on the offensive boards pulling down five rebounds for the Spartans.
Percich and the Green and White return to action Monday night, February 7, with a non-conference game at McDaniel and then return home Wednesday night to host Stevenson in a CAC game.
