Nicole Kerfoot comes into her junior year as the most experienced member of the Spartan pitching staff. She went 5-8 last year with a 4.50 ERA in 16 appearances, 15 of which were starts. She tossed 10 complete games and had one shutout in 88.2 innings of work. Kerfoot is a crafty southpaw that does a great job of fooling hitters and keeping them off-balance. She will start but is also very effective out of the bullpen.
