2012: Garnered NCAA All-American honors by finishing 7th at his second NCAA National Championships with a 24:43 … is the first York runner in history to acheive such a feat … won the CAC Championships with a time of 26:52 … led the Green and White to their second consecutive CAC Championship … was chosen as the CAC Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Year … participated in five of the seven Spartan races … finished 1st out of 94 opponents at Frostburg State clocking in at 27:49 … finished 1st at Christopher Newport University out of 124 runners with a time of 25:15 … … Got a time of 25:28 at Regionals which gave him fifth place out of 343 runners.
2011: Competed in all seven races including advancing to Regionals and the NCAA Division III National Championships ... notched a strong 50th place finish out of 279 runners with a 24:57 in his first trip to the National Championship meet ... finished in 1st place in the CAC championship with a time of 28:29 … Finished in 2nd place at the Achtzehn Classic with a time of 26:46 … Placed 4th at Dickinson College with a time of 12:42 in the short course race … Placed 6th out of 448 runners at the Pre-Regional meet with a time of 26:13 … finished 9th out of 326 at Regionals running a 25:50.
2010: Ran in all six races for the Spartans and also qualified to participate in Regionals … had a season best time of 17:01 at McDaniel College finishing 7th out of 97 runners … finished 5th at the Achtzehn classic with a time of 27:41 … finished in 5th at the CAC Champsionships out of 90 opponents … finished in 85th of 316 runners at Regionals with a time of 27:13.
