2010: Put together a strong sophomore season ... finished eighth at the Capital Athletic Conference Championships on November 6 (26:22) to garner second-team all-league honors for the first time in his career ... took ninth in the 5k portion of the McDaniel College Green Terror Challenge on September 11 (17:06) ... notched 10th at York's own Coach Achtzehn Classic (28:13) on September 18 ... was the second Spartan to cross the finish line in each of York's final five meets of the season ... ran to a 27:45 at the NCAA Mideast Regionals.
2009: First collegiate 3k meet notched fourth place … placed third with a time of 27:52.38 during the York College Invitational … awarded Capital Athletic Conference Cross Country Athlete-of-the-Week … placed eighth in the 8,000 meter contest at the Goucher Classic … landed in the top ten with a time of 28:31.60 at the Hood Invitational … finished 24th in the Capital Athletic Conference Championship … crossed the line at 27:47.60 during the Regional meet.
