2013: Begins his second season with the York program . . . will look to keep building off a solid cross country season.

2012: INDOOR: After getting back into race shape, showed well in the one mile with a time of 5:04.95 at the Crusader Indoor Meet . . . placed seventh in the 5000 meter run with at ime of 17:00.62 . . . at the CAC Championships finished in 15th place running 16:56.33 in the 5000 meter run.

OUTDOOR: took fifth place in the 5K with a time of 16:39.16 at the Golden Ram Invitational . . . laid down a time of 10:19.98 and a fourth place finish in his first time competing in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the JHU/Loyola Invitational . . . bested the field and collected his first collegiate victory as he bested the field in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:09.64 . . . secured a third place finish at the CAC championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:55.43.
