2013: Begins his second year with York . . . very strong and works hard . . . will continue to work to improve times . . . posses the determination to become a great runner.

2012: INDOOR: Placed 16th at the GMU Patriot Games in the 200 meter dash . . . ran the 200 in 24.33 for a fifth place finish at the Crusader Indoor Meet.

OUTDOOR: Earned a fifth place finish in the 200 with a time of 23.71 at the Golden Ram Invitational . . . ran the 200 in 24.02 and the 400 in 53.13 at the Maryland Invitational . . . helped the 4X400 relay team capture a win at the York Quad Meet . . . was a member of the 1600 sprint medley relay crew that recorded a time of 3:41.01 and also helped the 4X400 team record a time of 3:29.58 against tough competition at the JHU/Loyola Invitational . . . ran the 51.79 in the 400 at the Greyhound Invitational . . . at CAC’s finished the 400-meter dash in 10th place with a time of 52.26 and ran the 100 in 11.78.

Personal: Is a criminal justice major with a minor in psychology . . . the son of Philip and Pamela Follety . . . born on November 3, 1992.
