2013: Enters into his third year with the Spartan squad . . . coming off a solid cross country season . . . will look to continue to build and improve upon his times.

2012: INDOOR: At the GMU Patriot Games ran the 1000 meter race in 2:49.12 . . . finished in third place in the 5000 meter at the Susquehanna Invitational with a time of 16:12.74 . . . earned an 11th place finish in the 5000 meter run at the CAC championships running 16:24.05.

OUTDOOR: took fifth place in the 10,000 with a time of 33:46.98 at the Golden Ram Invitational . . . ran the 800-meter run in 2:16.27 at the York Quad Meet ,finished the 1,500-meter run in eighth place with a time of 4:29.61 and came in sixth in the 3K with a time of 4:29.63 . . . finished the 1,500-meter run in 4:30.32 at the JHU/Loyola Invitational . . . ran 16:24.53 in the 5K at the Greyhound Invitational . . .  earned 11th place in the 5,000-meter at the Paul Kaiser Classic with a time of 16:18.46 . . . at the CAC Championships finished the 10K in 34:40.00 for ninth place and ran the 5,000 meters in 16:47.05.

2011: Ran a time of 1:00.19 in the 400 meter dash at the UNF Spring Break Invitational . . . in the 800 meter dash had a personal best 2:17.10 at the Golden Ram Invitational . . . at the Gettysburg, Messiah, York Tri-Meet he ran a 4:27.18 in the 1500 meter run . . . garnered a time of 35:49.99 in the 10000 meter run at the CAC Championships.
