2013: Begins his third year with the Spartans . . . coming off a solid cross country season . . . will look to continue improvement.

2012: INDOOR: Finished in 21st place in the 800 meter run at the GMU Patriot Games with a time of 2:20.64 and then earned a 22nd finish in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:56.04 . . . at the Crusader Indoor Meet ran to a ninth place finish in the mile with a time of 5:04.95.

OUTDOOR: Ran 17:47.26 in the 5K at the Golden Ram Invitational . . . finished the 3,000-meter run in 10:03.66 at the York Quad Meet . . . took eighth place in the 3K at the Goucher Classic with a time of 10:14.75 . . . competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the JHU/Loyola Invitational and finished in 10:51.96 . . . finished the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Greyhound Invitational in 10:40.48 . . . at the CAC Championship competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and finished in 10:56.91.

2011: Garnered a time of 56.50 in the 400 meter dash at the York Relays . . . ran for a personal best 4:42.15 in the 1500 meter run at the Gettysburg, Messiah, York Tri-Meet . . . at the CAC Championships ran for the time of 1:08.02 in the 400 meter hurdles . . . also at the CAC Championships in the 3000 meter steeple chase had a time of 10:38.90.
