2011: Ran a 59.20 in the 400 meter dash at the UNF Spring Break Invitational ... garnered a personal best 4:12.76 in the 1500 meter run at the Messiah Falcon Invitational ... at the Paul Kaiser Classic he ran a career high 9:23.67 ... also at the Paul Kaiser Classic, he ran a 15:46.35 in the 5000 meter run ... in the 10000 meter run, he ran a 33:42.26 at the UNF Spring Break Invitational.
2010: Ran for a time of 34:07.50 in the 10000 meter run at the Goucher College Track & Field Classic 2010.
