WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Ben Edwards won the 400 hurdles as the York College men's track & field team competed at the West Chester Golden Ram Invitational on Saturday. Altogether the Spartans posted numerous quality results including several top-five finishes.
Edwards, a top performer for the Green and White, was victorious in the 400 hurdles as he clocked a 57.49. That time was over a full second faster than the runner-up result of 58.81.

Also in the long jump, Tyler Quill collected a fifth-place result as he is just beginning to learn the event. His jump of 19'11.50" is a tremendous start for the young jumper.
Randolph Patrice continues to display his talent as he posted a 22.70 in the 200. That 22.70 gave him a fifth-place finish.
Zack Raywood provided York with a pair of solid performances in two throwing events. In the hammer, Raywood registered a launch of 120'10" to take ninth while securing 12th in the discus with a 120' toss.
