SHIPPENSBURG, PA – The York College men’s track & field team completed their 2008 season on Saturday, competing in the Paul Kaiser Classic hosted by Shippensburg University. The Spartans captured 14 top-15 finishes on the day.

Spartans Finish Third at CAC Championships
The York College men's track & field team placed third at the 2008 Capital Athletic Conference championships at the Grumbacher Sport & Fitness Center. The Spartans finished with 117 points in the five team field.

York College Set to Host 2008 CAC Track & Field Championships
York College is set to host the 2008 Capital Athletic Conference men's and women's track & field championships on Saturday, April 19. The meet kicks off at 9:30 am and will run through 6:00 pm on Saturday evening. It is the first time the new track at the Grumbacher Center will host the championship meet.

The York College men’s track and field team put in a solid performance Saturday at the Messiah Invitational. The Spartans, who earned 46 points, finished seventh out of 19 squads as the green and white prepare for next Saturday’s Capital Athletic Conference Championships.

Spartans Take Second at Goucher Classic
The York College men’s track and field team came up just short at the Goucher College Classic Saturday in Towson, MD, finishing second in a field of nine teams. The Spartans scored 153 points to finish behind first-place Ursinus College who scored 161.5 points while third-place Hagerstown Community College tallied 84 points.

The York College men's track & field team cruised to a first place finish at the York College quad on a wet Wednesday in York. The Spartans tallied 86 points, 40 points in front of second place Hood College.
