Three Spartans Land on All-CAC Squad
The York College men’s tennis team landed three Spartans on the All-Capital Athletic Conference squad for the 2008 campaign. Tim Mowrer captured a first-team singles bid, while Paul Graci received a second-team nod for his play in singles. Mowrer and Joel Trimmer earned second-team honors in doubles for the pair’s strong play this year.

Mowrer Cracks Region's Top-25
For the first time in the history of York’s men’s tennis program, the Spartans have a player ranked in the Atlantic South region’s top-25 by itatennis.com. Tim Mowrer, the green and white’s top man in singles, achieved the #25 ranking after defeating Salisbury’s Brendan Kincaid 6-4, 6-4 back on April 2.

Stellar Spartan Season Comes to a Close with Tournament Loss at UMW
The York College men's tennis team saw their stellar 2008 season come to an end as the Spartans dropped an 8-1 decision to #11 Mary Washington in the semifinals of the 2008 Capital Athletic Conference championship tournament on Thursday in Fredericksburg, VA.
