2012-13: Embarks on his second season with the Green and White . . . will look to continue his focus and determination to help him continue to improve his times . . . posses an excitement that should help him during what can be a grinding swim season.

2011-12: Finished the 100 yard backstroke at CAC’s in eighth place with a time of 51.01 . . . also swam 18:13.43 for a 12th place finish in the 1650 yard freestyle at CAC’s . . . came in 10th place in the 200 yard backstroke with a 2:03.04 race at CAC’s as well.

Personal: Is a biology major . . . the son of Vincent and Jenny Hughes . . . born on April 23, 1993 . . . swam for the GNBC Dolphins on the club level.
