CAREER STATISTICS AND CAREER HIGHS

2012: Begins his third year with the Spartan side . . . gained quality experience with York and should be able to build on that . . . is a fast and tricky attacking player . . . can play out wide and get forward quickly . . . has the ability to take on defenders . . . has the opportunity to be an excellent attacking player for the Green and White.

2011: Appeared in 20 games with 15 starts this season . . . scored two goals and had two assists for six total points . . . took 26 shots with nine on goal . . . recorded a single-game high three points at Stevenson on Oct. 12 . . . had a single-game high six shots on Sep. 4 at Cabrini.

2010: Appeared in each of York's 22 contests, drawing eight starts on the campaign . . . notched two goals and one assist during the season . . . both goals were game-winners . . . scored against Cabrini on September 4 in the Spartans' 3-1 triumph . . . second goal of the campaign came during York's 3-0 victory over Hood on October 26 . . . provided his assist in York's 3-0 win at eventual NCAA finalist Lynchburg on September 29 . . . part of York's fifth Capital Athletic Conference Tournament championship and sixth straight appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

Prior to York: Attended Division I Towson University . . . redshirted with the Tigers.

Personal: Is a professional writing major . . . the son of Douglas and Deborah Weaver . . . was born on November 9, 1991 . . . played club soccer for the Baltimore Bays Chelsea . . . high school team was 2006 MIAA champions … was an All-MIAA selection … his family are the people he most admires . . . hobbies include surfing, music, snowboarding, and sports . . . favorite athlete is Muhammad Ali . . . chose York to “win a national championship” . . . most significant athletic achievement being a Super-Y league national champion . . . after graduation he plans to become a journalist for a major surfing magazine in California.
