CAREER STATISTICS AND CAREER HIGHS

2011: Begins his second season with the York program … gained experience with the Spartans in 2010 which should allow him to be a make quality contributions this year ... has the ability to hold the ball giving teammates time to join the attack … has a nose-for-the-goal … gives York experienced depth in the attack and midfield.

2010: Played in 16 Spartan contests ... tallied an assist in York's 3-0 win over Medaille on September 11 ... registered seven shots on the year ... notched a season high three attempts at goal on October 26 against Hood ... part of York's fifth Capital Athletic Conference Tournament championship and sixth straight appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

Prior to York: Attended nearby Elizabethtown College, a NCAA Division III institution … played in 18 games for the Blue Jays … drew seven starts … tallied two goals … scored in his first collegiate game … distributed one assist … totaled 16 shots on the year … Blue Jays notched a 14-4-1 record in 2009. 

Personal: Is a business management major … is the son of Razvan and Ligia Andrei … born on October 8, 1990 … played club soccer with PA Classics Academy … was an All-Berks County selection as a high school senior … was an all-division player as a sophomore and junior … named to the all-county squad as a senior ... prep team was Berks County and District III champions during his senior year … names his father as the person he most admires … hobbies including traveling and spending time with his family and friends … favorite athlete is Lionel Messi … chose York for “the chance to win a national championship” … lists his most significant athletic achievements as being a captain for his high school team that won the county title and the first District III title as well as leading the county in goals scored his senior year … his most memorably athletic moment while at York is winning the 2010 CAC Tournament championship ... after graduation he plans to “find a successful job and travel around the world as much as I can.”
