Kyle Connolly embarks on his second year with the York squad looking for increased time between the pipes in 2009. Serving the Spartans as a reserve netminder last season, Connolly appeared in six games, totaling just over 95 minutes of action. The athletic Connolly has shown flashes of brilliance in training with his ability to make magnificent saves, which bodes well for the future of Spartan goalkeeping. With additional consistency to his game, Connolly will look to push for York’s top spot in the net.
