Scott Becker begins his sophomore year after a solid freshman campaign that saw him play in 23 games, earning a start in three of those contests. Becker was an excellent and steady defender in 2006. He provided a calming influence on the back line as both a wide and central defender. Becker is solid ball winner and does well maintaining possession. He will be looked upon to bring more leadership to become a more dominate defender as a simple, hardworking, shut down back. Becker is the son of Tim and Shirley Becker.
