Mike O’Connell comes into his sophomore year looking to overcome a freshman year that was plagued by leg injuries. O’Connell saw action in 10 games last year as he tallied a pair of goals for four points. He is a creative left flank player that can take players on the dribble or look to combine and provide excellent service to the Spartan front runners. O’Connell will look to improve upon his impressive spring campaign and compete for time out wide in 2007. He is the son of Mike and Kelly O’Connell.
