Spartans Land Three on All-CAC Squad
The York College mens lacrosse team received exciting news Friday as a trio of Spartans were chosen as All-Capital Athletic Conference performers for the 2008 season. Steve Mersinger landed on the first-team, while Steve Roy and Rob Marine garnered second-team selections. Yorks three bids equates to the programs largest number of players to receive all-league accolades since the inception of the program in 2000.

Spartans Storm Back; Capture Eight-Overtime Victory
Senior midfielder Chris Chappelle vaulted the York College men's lacrosse team to an exhilarating 10-9 seven-overtime victory over Catholic University Tuesday afternoon in the Spartans final game of the 2008 season. The green and white end their year with a 10-7 record while the Cardinals fall to 6-9.
