Hutson Named the CAC Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week

YORK, PA - York College sophomore attack Tyler Hutson (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) was named the Capital Athletic Conference Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Hutson was named the Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week after scoring 11 goals and adding three assists for 14 points in two non-conference victories for the Spartans.  Hutson matched Misericordia's six goals with four scores and two helpers in the Spartans' mid-week road victory, then had a career-best eight points on a school-record tying seven goals and an assist in Saturday's triumph against non-conference foe Christopher Newport.

Hutson has notched a team-high 52 points on 38 goals and 14 assists. He is ranked first in the CAC in points and goals while he is fifth in the CAC in assists.

Hutson is a business administration major and is the son of Jim and Karen Hutson.
