2008-09: Andrew Pawlyk enters his sophomore
year as one of the most improved players on the team . . . has
worked very hard both on his game and his body . . . his
dramatically increased strength will serve well in the post . . .
has a tremendous work ethic that will enable him to earn extended
playing time . . . is a player that is strong in the paint,
especially defensively . . . is a good post defender and also does
a good job on the glass . . . will have the chance to be a key
contributor in the Spartan rotation as a sophomore.
2007-08: Finished the year playing in 13 games as
he came off the bench in all his appearances . . . finished the
season averaging 0.8 points, 0.9 rebounds, and 3.8 minutes per game
. . . had his best game of the year on January 4 against Eastern as
he had a carer-high six points on 3-of-5 shooting in six minutes of
action while he also pulled down three rebounds . . . he pulled
down three rebounds twice to establish his career high.
