2007-08: Dave Kavar comes to the Spartan program from North Star High School . . . is a big left-hander with solid offensive skills in the post . . . is a shot blocker in the lane, a skill that should continue to get better as he becomes a better defensive player . . . as he continues to improve his strength, he will earn more playing time.
