Haley Brandt
Title: Asst. Field Hockey Coach

Haley Brandt starts her first season with the York College field hockey program. Brandt will be charged with guiding the Spartans’ goalkeeping unit. Her recent experience competing and training at the collegiate level will allow her to relate well with York’s netminders.

Brandt comes to the Spartans having been a goalkeeper with the Misericordia University field hockey team for three years. A captain during her senior campaign, she saw action in ten contests in 2012 drawing five starts. She put together ten stops in back-to-back games against Kean and Alvernia. Brandt also posted a shutout in the Cougars’ win over Marywood that same season.

Much of Brandt’s off-the-field experience has come in the health field where she has served at Perry Village Nursing Home and with an elder-care service. Previously she has completed internships within physical therapy Belvedere Medical Center in addition to interning with the nurses’ office at Big Spring High School.
