Rachel Houck embarks on her sophomore season following a year of development and growth as a rookie in 2008. Houck is a fast player, a trait that every team covets, who is also an exceptionally hard worker, a combination that bodes well for her future success. Houck has and will continue to significantly improve her stick skills while bringing a positive attitude to the York squad on a daily basis. As Houck furthers her overall game and develops into a consistently solid player, she could see more minutes up front this season.
