Rob Harrington comes to York College from Haddon Township in New Jersey. He played his summer baseball for former Spartan pitching standout Zac Clark. Harrington is a talented right-handed pitcher that will have the opportunity to earn significant innings as a freshman. He is a tall, athletic pitcher who features a good fastball and a very deceptive change up. Harrington has good mound presence and should provide the Spartan pitching staff with the ability to start or throw out of the pen. As a senior at Haddon Township, Harrington went 6-0 to lead the Hawks into the league playoffs. He was the team MVP and named All-Group 2 as a pitcher. Harrington is a sport management major and the son of Rob and Michele Harrington
