Jason Christenberry begins his third year in a Spartan uniform
as the undisputed ace of the squad. Christenberry’s record
was not great last year but with more defensive and offensive
support, easily could have had another great year. Christenberry
has a career mark of 8-7 with a 3.76 ERA in 134 innings of action.
He has 85 career strikeouts and opponents just hit .249 against
him. Christenberry is a very competitive pitcher that challenges
hitters with his outstanding fastball and array of breaking
pitches. Christenberry is an accounting major and is the son of
Joey and Cindy Christenberry
