Andy Rosenzweig enters his sophomore year as a key player in the Spartan pitching rotation in 2009. Rosenzweig got his feet wet as a freshman as he posted a mark of 4-6 with a 4.31 ERA. He tossed 56.1 innings, with 12 appearances, seven starts and one complete game. He struck out 23 batters and walked just seven during his freshman campaign. Rosenzweig is a four-pitch pitcher as he can spot any of the four for strikes. He does a great job of working out of trouble and is very composed on the mound. Rosenzweig is an accounting major and is the son of Steve and Kelly Rosenzweig.
