Tim Frisch enters his senior year with a different role from 2007 when he was one of York’s top starting pitchers. This year, in addition to again being one of York’s top starters, Frisch will get the opportunity to be the Spartans’ starting shortstop. He was a first-team All-CAC selection last year as Frisch went 6-4 with a 3.55 ERA in 78.2 innings of work. As a shortstop, he is an excellent fielder with a great arm and soft hands. On the mound, Frisch is a hard-nosed competitor that will key the Spartan staff in 2008. Frisch is the son of Terry and Ginny Frisch and is a business major.
