Kyle Cook comes to the Spartan baseball program from North Harford High School. He will see time this season as a shortstop in 2008. Cook is a hard-nosed player that is a natural leader. He has good hands and range while he possesses a strong arm that can make all the necessary throws from short. At the plate, Cook is a scrappy hitter that has good plate discipline. Cook is a sport management major and is the son of Bob and Robin Cook.
