Jason Christenberry returns for his sophomore year after an outstanding freshman campaign that saw him earn the 2007 Capital Athletic Conference Rookie-of-the-Year. Christenberry went 6-0 with 1.60 ERA in 2007 despite missing a few weeks with a broken foot. He tossed 56.1 innings, holding opponents to just a .209 batting average. Christenberry struck out 36 and allowed just 44 hits for the year. Christenberry is the son of Joey and Cindy Christenberry and is an accounting major.
