Brower Named CAC Co-Male Scholar Athlete of the YearYork College senior right-handed pitcher Chris Brower (Mont Clare, PA/Spring-Ford) was named the 2006-07 Capital Athletic?Conference Co-Male Scholar Athlete-of-the-Year as announced by the conference office recently. Brower shared the award with Mary Washington basketball player Justin Baker and it marks the third straight year a Spartan has earned the award as Brandon Bushey captured the honor in 2004-05 and 2005-06.
Brower and Young Named ABCA All-South RegionSenior captains Chris Brower and Jeff Young were selected to the 2007 ABCA All-South Region squads as announced by the ABCA. Brower and Young combined to lead the Spartans to a record of 32-14 in 2007.
