2009 Capital Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Championship Preview
The York College men’s soccer team comes into their fifth championship game appearance in the last six years looking to capture their fourth overall Capital Athletic Conference title. The Spartans have won tournament championships in 1998, 2005, and 2006. The Spartans won two of those title at home as they defeated Salisbury in 1998 and Mary Washington in 2006. [more]

The York College women’s swim team (1-1, 1-1 CAC) opened up their 2009 campaign with a Capital Athletic Conference tri-meet victory over visiting Hood College (0-3, 0-2 CAC), 208-38 while taking a loss to perennial power the University of Mary Washington Eagles (4-1, 3-0 CAC), 188-73. [more]
