SPARTAN EVENT CARD RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.    Must be a current YCP student (full or part-time) to be eligible for prize.
2.    Your student ID # (902 ____) will be on each card you obtain, therefore YOU MUST HAVE YOUR STUDENT ID ON YOU AT ALL TIMES OR YOUR EVENT CARD WILL NOT BE SIGNED.
3.    Must attend all events until HALFTIME (Basketball, Field Hockey, Soccer, Lacrosse) or for a minimum of 1 hour for Non-sectioned events (Track & Field, Wrestling, swimming).
4.    It is the discretion of the Game Management Team, when the cards will be signed for that game.
5.    Each card is based on individual attendance. Non-completed cards cannot be combined together to make a completed cards.
6.    Must show proof of card going into and out of event
7.    Men’s Basketball game on December 6th is not an eligible event.

PRIZES
1.    Those with 3 completed cards, are entered into the Wii contest automatically win 2 tickets to the Hershey Bears Game on December 28, 2008.
2.    To qualify for the Wii you must have a minimum of 2 completed cards approved by Game Management at games. To qualify for all other prizes, you must have one completed prizes.
3.    To qualify for all other prizes, 1 completed card, with approved signature from Game Management must be completed.
4.    Winning prizes:
a.    All prizes and drawings will be awarded on December 6th 2008, during half-time at the Men’s Basketball Game.
b.    Must be in attendance to win prizes.
5.    Must show proof of card going into and out of event
6.    Men’s Basketball game on December 6th is not an eligible event.

December 6th
•    Those with completed cards will give them to the Game Management Staff between 6:30PM and 7PM, 
•    All entries must be in prior to tip-off at 7PM on December 6th, 2008.
•    All drawing will take place during half-time on December 6th, 2008 Men’s Basketball Game.
