Nate Cooke is in his 15th year in association
with the York College Athletic Training staff. Cooke is in the
midst of his ninth year as the Head Athletic Trainer after serving
six years as the assistant athletic trainer under Sue
Cooke received his BA in Sports Medicine from
Messiah College in 1997 and earned an MS in Exercise Science from
McDaniel College in 2004.
In addition to his duties as the Head
Athletic Trainer, Cooke serves the department and the surrounding
communities as an American Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid
instructor. For the past five summers, Cooke has been medical
volunteer and Athletic Training liason to the Keystone State Games
in York. In the summer of 1997, he served as the assistant athletic
trainer for the Hershey Wildcats (A-League) semi-pro soccer
Cooke resides in Hellam with his wife, Terri,
and his son, Jaxon.
